All aluminum billets are sourced from certified suppliers and undergo strict incoming inspection — chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional verification before production begins.
Our 5 extrusion lines include a 2500T press, 1450T press, 1150T press, and two 700T units — enabling us to produce profiles from small precision sections to large structural shapes with tight tolerances.
Post-extrusion processing includes anodizing, powder coating, electrophoretic painting, and aging/heat treatment — ensuring optimal mechanical properties and surface durability for each application.
