Spanning an industrial footprint of 200 mu with an initial phase containing 80,000 square meters of high-tech production plants and 4,000 square meters of administrative offices, we deploy an annual manufacturing capacity of 15,000 metric tons of high-precision aluminum profiles. At our Jimo facility, we operate 5 specialized extrusion lines equipped to handle a wide range of profile sizes. Our extrusion systems include one 2500T extruder, one 1450T unit, one 1150T unit, and two 700T extruders. This range allows us to produce both thin-walled, intricate consumer electronics enclosures and wide-cross-section heavy transport structural profiles.
To meet strict tolerances, our downstream operations include CNC machining, milling, turning, and precise cut-to-length lines. Post-extrusion thermal treatment (aging) is closely monitored to optimize mechanical properties. Our engineering team specializes in advanced joinery systems, including certified welding (EN 15085, ISO 3834, AWS) and adhesive bonding (DIN 6701), ensuring structural integrity in complex assemblies.
Looking forward, our technology roadmap focuses on developing high-strength recycled alloys and smart extrusion monitoring systems. By integrating thermal sensors and real-time process monitoring, we aim to optimize microstructural uniformity and reduce waste, supporting sustainable, high-precision manufacturing.
