Established in 2022, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. operates out of an expansive 80,000-square-meter modern manufacturing workshop. Our factory houses five industrial-grade extrusion presses, including a heavy-duty 2500T extruder, an 1150T unit, a 1450T unit, and two 700T units. This comprehensive range of machinery allows us to produce both delicate, thin-walled micro-profiles (such as LED lighting tubes) and dense, thick-walled industrial profiles.
Our processing capabilities extend far beyond raw extrusion. To supply truly turnkey solutions, our facility features a specialized CNC machining workshop equipped with multi-axis vertical machining centers. This allows us to perform high-speed drilling, tapping, milling, precise miter cutting, and multi-dimensional assembly preparation with micro-level accuracy.
