High-precision aluminum profiles engineered for roller shutter assemblies, structural frames, and heavy-duty industrial systems.
Modern commercial, logistics, and residential spaces demand security systems that balance structural integrity with thermodynamic efficiency. Aluminium roller shutters represent the peak of architectural protection systems. Engineered using high-density, corrosion-resistant 6063 T5 and 6061 T6 alloys, these shutters offer significant weight reduction compared to traditional steel variants without sacrificing mechanical strength.
From a macroscopic standpoint, sustainable building codes (such as LEED and BREEAM) push developers to minimize thermal bridging. Interlocking insulated profiles containing CFC-free polyurethane foam form an effective thermal break, optimizing indoor temperature retention. Furthermore, their acoustic dampening attributes serve as a crucial interface between high-decibel industrial zones and surrounding urban environments.
How structural aluminum extrusions are reshaping security and isolation barriers across the global supply chain.
Rapid-roll shutters utilizing lightweight aluminum slats increase cycle times for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and smart forklifts, preserving cold-chain integrity and preventing air transfer.
Engineered structural endlocks integrated into heavy-duty aluminum guide rails withstand immense wind loads. Our profile systems conform to hurricane-grade wind pressure ratings.
Anodized and powder-coated aluminum finishes are non-toxic, highly resistant to UV degradation, and simple to clean, making them ideal for pharmaceutical and food processing facilities.

Established in 2022 and situated in the Jimo District of Qingdao, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. stands as the regional leader in specialized aluminum extrusion manufacturing. We design and process architectural, industrial, rail transit, aerospace, automotive, and marine profiles. Our facility spans a 200 mu industrial site, operating 80,000 square meters of state-of-the-art factories, and employing over 90 highly skilled engineering and manufacturing professionals.
Equipped with 5 advanced extrusion lines (including 2500T, 1450T, 1150T, and dual 700T extruders), Kangjian generates an annual output of 15,000 tons of premium aluminum profiles. We carry a comprehensive range of quality certifications that qualify us as a globally reliable partner.

Adapting aluminium profile designs to high-stress, regional environmental conditions.
Integrating lightweight micro-perforated roller shutters in retail centers to provide continuous ventilation and high visibility while maintaining optical clarity and complete structural safety.
Designing structural roll-up compartments for locomotive cabs and depot separations. Conforms to EN 15085 class welding and DIN 6701 standard adhesive joining requirements.
Applying Class-24 anodized finishes to roller components deployed in Nordic marine docks. Protects heavy machinery and gantry cabin structures from continuous salt-spray damage.
Procuring custom industrial products requires alignment with local structural standards. At Kangjian, we provide seamless engineering support by offering complete technical consulting, CAD drafting, and mechanical stress calculation reports. This ensures that every aluminum profile and roller shutter slat conforms strictly to localized regulations, including European wind-resistance standards (EN 12424) and architectural safety requirements.
Furthermore, our geographic position in Qingdao offers excellent shipping routes. By partnering with major container lines, we reduce transport timelines, ensure efficient customs clearance, and guarantee DDP/CIF delivery. Our team coordinate with local installers to provide accurate assembly drawings and material certificates for every batch.

The vision of Qingdao Kangjian began with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap in high-precision, heavy-tonnage aluminum extrusion capabilities along the Yellow Sea coast. Establishing operations in 2022, our founders leveraged Qingdao's industrial legacy and deep-water shipping access to build a global supply base. This strategic positioning created our signature "dual-sea layout"—serving both the rapid development of domestic infrastructure and the strict quality demands of international export markets.
"Producing high-end aluminum materials and serving global customers" is our defining operational principle. From securing structural integrity on Nordic harbor cranes to supplying custom LED channels for architectural lighting, Kangjian builds confidence into every millimeter of extruded profile.

6063 T5 aluminum delivers an optimal balance of moderate tensile strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and high surface finish quality. It is highly extrusion-friendly, allowing the manufacture of complex hollow profiles (like interlocking double-walled slats) which would be difficult or prohibitively heavy to produce in steel. Additionally, it is naturally self-passivating, eliminating the risk of red rust.
Our roller shutter profile assemblies can be designed and tested to comply with EN 12424 wind load classes. Under heavy industrial specifications, featuring reinforced structural guides and heavy-duty endlocks, our systems can withstand Class 4 & Class 5 wind pressures (equivalent to wind loads over 1000 Pa or storm winds up to 130 km/h), making them suitable for coastal and high-altitude locations.
Anodized film thickness determines a profile's resistance to abrasion and environmental corrosion. For standard indoor applications, a 10-micron (AA10) coating is sufficient. However, for industrial, urban-polluted, or coastal marine environments, we recommend a 15-micron (AA15) or 20-25 micron (AA20/AA25) film thickness to prevent pit corrosion and ensure service life exceeding 25 years.
6061 T6 contains higher levels of silicon, copper, and magnesium, offering higher tensile and yield strength (typically 260+ MPa tensile) than 6063 T5. It is suited for heavy-duty structural framework, platforms, and load-bearing profiles. 6063 T5, on the other hand, is easier to extrude into complex profiles, exhibits superior surface finish, and is perfect for roller shutter slats, framing, and trim components.
