Explore our high-performance extruded components engineered to precise industry tolerances.
Aluminum extrusion profile manufacturing has evolved from simple structural support components into a cornerstone of cutting-edge material science. Today, global sectors such as automotive (especially Electric Vehicles), aerospace, smart automation, rail transit, and photovoltaic green energy demand materials that strike an exceptional balance between lightweight construction, high load-bearing capability, structural resilience, and design versatility. Aluminum alloys, primarily 6000 and 7000 series, satisfy these rigorous parameters perfectly through engineered profiles tailored to complex cross-sectional geometries.
For sourcing managers and project engineers, finding the right manufacturing partner in China represents a balance of high-volume capacity, strict ISO/IATF quality controls, and advanced metallurgical mastery. Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. stands at this crucial point, offering advanced manufacturing frameworks that convert complex mechanical blueprints into high-precision, deployment-ready profiles.
Established in 2022 and located in the Jimo District of Qingdao, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. has quickly grown into a key manufacturer of high-end aluminum extrusion profiles. Situated at No. 168, Tianshan 1st Road, our industrial campus spans a modern 200-mu footprint, including 80,000 square meters of precision manufacturing facilities and a dedicated 4,000 square meter administrative hub.
Our production facilities feature five high-performance extrusion lines, including a large 2500T extruder, an advanced 1450T unit, an 1150T unit, and two 700T extruders. This variety allows us to handle both large-scale structural profiles and thin-walled, intricate shapes.
We maintain comprehensive industrial standards to ensure consistent quality: GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001, GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001, and IATF16949 for automotive component design. We also hold ISO22163 (rail transit), EN15085/ISO3834 (welding), and DIN6701 (bonding).
Using Qingdao's major port access, we serve high-demand international markets, including South Korea, Japan, the United States, and several European countries. We provide end-to-end supply chain integration, from raw ingot sourcing to final customs delivery.
Different industries require unique structural profiles to handle distinct mechanical, thermal, and electrical demands. Below are the primary application sectors where Qingdao Kangjian profiles are deployed:
Includes high-strength framing, dynamic linear guideways, machine safety enclosures, and custom structural components. We also specialize in high-precision drone arms and complex robotic arm parts that require low weight and high fatigue resistance.
Focuses on lightweighting for passenger vehicles and EVs. Applications include structural bumper beams, battery pack frames, chassis components, and roof rack systems. Under our IATF16949 certification, we ensure these profiles meet strict crash management and safety limits.
Engineered to withstand environmental exposure, including salt spray, high moisture, and UV light. These profiles are used in heavy-duty solar PV mounting brackets, architectural window systems, and durable outdoor furniture components.
Includes commercial window mullions, curtain walls, high-load scaffolding systems, and lightweight ladders. These building-grade profiles are extruded from 6063-T5/T6 alloys, providing structural safety and clean anodized or powder-coated surfaces.
Features non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant profiles for hospital framing, MRI enclosures, cleanroom partitions, and laboratory setups. These profiles are designed with smooth surfaces to prevent dust buildup and make sanitization straightforward.
Specialized long-length profiles for high-speed railways, subways, and commercial freight trailers. Using our ISO22163 rail certification and EN15085 welding systems, we manufacture structural parts that withstand continuous vibrations.
At Qingdao Kangjian, our manufacturing process is defined by strict technical control over alloy preparation, hot extrusion kinetics, heat treatment, and precision finishing. This structured approach ensures every batch of aluminum profiles matches the design specifications of our clients.
We work primarily with 6000-series (Al-Mg-Si) and 7000-series alloys. For architectural applications, 6063 provides excellent surface finish options. For structural and CNC-machined components, 6061-T6 and 6082-T6 offer higher mechanical strength. For specialized high-stress industrial applications, we process aerospace-grade 7075 alloys.
Aluminum billets are heated in induction furnaces to 450°C - 500°C to ensure uniform plastic deformation. The heated material is then pressed through custom-designed H13 steel dies. We regulate press speeds and temperatures to control the alloy's grain structure and prevent surface cracking.
Directly after extrusion, profiles undergo rapid air or water quenching to lock in the alloying elements. They are then placed in aging ovens for artificial thermal precipitation (producing T5 or T6 tempers). This process optimizes the profile's ultimate tensile strength and yield strength.
Our five production lines handle profiles in a wide range of sizes, from small, thin-walled LED channels to wide industrial beams. With in-house die design, we can maintain tight dimensional tolerances matching EN 755 and DIN EN 12020-2 standards. We also integrate downstream CNC machining—including multi-axis milling, precision tapping, cutting, and automatic deburring—to deliver assembly-ready parts directly to your production line.
In today's global supply chain environment, cost efficiency and reliable lead times are critical. Qingdao Kangjian leverages China's complete industrial ecosystem to keep production steady, maintain stable pricing, and ensure timely international deliveries.
We work directly with nearby primary aluminum smelters in Shandong and nearby provinces. This close proximity ensures a steady supply of high-grade raw ingots and protects our clients from sudden global market price swings.
Located near the Port of Qingdao, we offer direct maritime shipping connections to major international destinations. Our "dual-sea layout" helps lower overland shipping costs, simplifies export customs paperwork, and reduces overall shipping times.
We handle the entire production process in-house, from die engineering and extrusion to heat treating, surface finishing, and CNC machining. By managing every step on-site, we reduce handling delays, simplify quality control, and lower total manufacturing costs.
Our manufacturing facility runs 24/7 with a shift system designed to keep machines operating efficiently. With a baseline annual production capacity of 15,000 tons, we can comfortably manage high-volume commercial contracts while maintaining flexible production schedules for smaller, custom runs.
Our journey began in 2022 along the coast of the Yellow Sea in Qingdao. While the region was a bustling industrial hub, there was a clear gap in the local market for domestic, high-precision aluminum extrusion manufacturing that could meet strict global standards. Seeing this opportunity, our founders set out to build a modern, certification-driven facility to bridge that gap.
From the start, the company adopted a clear operating philosophy: **"Producing high-end aluminum materials and serving global customers."** Our dedication to quality is evident in challenging projects worldwide, from high-strength, corrosion-resistant components used in Nordic port cranes to precision-engineered profiles specified in complex international projects.
