Founded and registered in 2022, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-end extruded aluminum profiles, structural parts, and assemblies based in the Jimo District of Qingdao. Linear LED systems generate localized high-temperature stress at the diode p-n junction. When junction temperatures exceed 85°C, phosphor degradation accelerates, lumens decline, and color shifting occurs. At our Jimo processing plant, the profile wall thickness and fin geometries are engineered to maximize convective surface area. Clear, architectural, or colored anodization (10 to 20 microns deep) not only provides excellent corrosion resistance but also improves the surface emissivity coefficient, enhancing thermal radiative properties in tight, enclosed environments.
For high-spec architectural and industrial clients, a simple extrusion is rarely enough. Kangjian offers complete downstream processing including precision custom cuts, miter joints, punchings, slots, counter-bored holes, and clean threading. Utilizing our modern vertical milling machinery, we can achieve tolerances down to ±0.1mm.
Surface treatment plays a vital role in light output performance. We offer matte satin anodizing, powder coating in custom RAL finishes, and chemical polishing. Our U-channels can be fitted with snap-in diffuser lenses (Opal, Frosted, and Semi-Clear polycarbonates or PMMA) to control light diffusion, eliminate diode spotting, and optimize light transmission up to 92%.
