Kangjian
High-performance structural alloys engineered for structural integrity, extreme tolerances, and high finish applications.
Aluminum extrusion is a transformative manufacturing process where aluminum alloy is forced through a die with a specified cross-sectional profile. This method ensures uniform material distribution, delivering an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. As premier global manufacturers and factories, we realize that choosing the appropriate alloy and temper is critical to meeting structural, electrical, and thermal specifications.
At Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd., we process diverse high-grade alloys, primarily 6000-series alloys like 6063 and 6061. Known for excellent response to heat treatment, superior corrosion resistance, and adaptability to advanced surface finishes, these materials are ideal for solar mounting frames, automotive chassis parts, rail transit structures, and high-precision CNC robotic arms.
By using direct extrusion presses with forces up to 2500T, our factory pushes the boundaries of profile complexity, wall thinness, and cross-sectional accuracy. Our production techniques prevent internal structural defects, ensuring structural stability under high mechanical stress.
Compliance is critical in international procurement. We back our manufacturing processes with rigorous global certifications.
Certified under GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001 and GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001. These frameworks govern our operations, ensuring consistent batch quality while minimizing our environmental impact.
Our production lines comply with IATF 16949 standards, allowing us to supply structural profiles to electric vehicle manufacturers and automotive Tier-1 suppliers.
We hold ISO22163 (Railway), EN15085, ISO3834, and AWS welding systems credentials, alongside DIN6701 bonding systems certifications for safety-critical components.
Strategic local infrastructure backing our global supply chain commitment.
Sourcing aluminum profiles globally requires balancing raw material costs, logistics, and quality assurance. China's aluminum extrusion industry offers unmatched benefits, integrating raw material refining, extrusion die design, custom fabrication, and surface treatments within highly efficient regional hubs.
Based in Jimo District, Qingdao, our facility leverages the logistics advantages of Qingdao Port. This allows us to secure domestic primary aluminum ingots and ship completed orders to international markets like South Korea, Japan, the United States, and Europe efficiently and cost-effectively.
Additionally, our local network streamlines tooling cycles. Custom dies that might take weeks elsewhere are designed, simulated via flow-analysis software, cut using EDM, and trialed within 7 to 10 days, accelerating time-to-market for our partners.
From lightweight transit systems to solar racking, we supply tailored aluminum solutions for diverse industries.
Our heavy-duty T-slot profiles and structural framing systems form the backbone of factory automation assembly lines, machine enclosures, and structural workbenches worldwide.
We produce lightweight structural members, rail car body elements, and bumper beams that help EV and train manufacturers achieve weight reduction targets without compromising safety.
Corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum brackets and frames engineered to withstand high wind loads and dynamic weather conditions in utility-scale solar farms.
Thermal-break window systems, curtain walls, and exterior window frames finished with PVDF coatings or anodizing for excellent resistance to atmospheric weathering.
Highly precise, clean-room compatible profiles with smooth surface finishes designed for medical scanners, diagnostic tables, and mobile hospital carts.
Marine-grade alloy profiles (such as 6082 and 5000-series) optimized for structural stability and resistance to salt-water corrosion in maritime environments.
Raw aluminum extrusions develop a natural, thin oxide layer that provides basic protection. However, demanding industrial, architectural, and marine environments require specialized surface treatments to enhance longevity and aesthetics.
Our factory provides a comprehensive range of in-house surface finishing options:
Every production batch undergoes strict testing, including spectral analysis of raw billets and dimensional checks on coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
Technical answers to critical questions from purchasing managers and design engineers.
Our standard extrusions conform to EN 755-9 and ANSI H35.2 specifications. For high-precision applications, we use post-extrusion CNC machining to hold tolerances as tight as ±0.05mm on critical features, depending on profile geometry and wall thickness.
For outdoor and architectural structural applications, 6063-T5 or 6063-T6 is the industry standard due to its excellent surface finish capability, good structural strength, and outstanding corrosion resistance. For higher mechanical loads, we recommend 6061-T6 or 6082-T6, which offer higher tensile and yield strength.
Qingdao Kangjian features an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. Custom extrusion tooling design and manufacturing typically take 7 to 10 working days, followed by sample extrusion and quality approval before full production begins.
We are certified to ISO22163 (the international railway industry standard) and hold EN15085-2 welding certification, which authorizes us to fabricate load-bearing welded structures for passenger rail and freight applications.
