Located in the Jimo District of Qingdao City and officially registered in 2022, Qingdao Kangjian Aluminum Industry Technology Co., Ltd. produces and processes aluminium and aluminium alloy products. Our comprehensive production lineup includes aluminium alloy industrial profiles, rail transit profiles, aerospace, automotive, marine, architectural, and curtain wall profiles.
Operating a production base spanning 200 mu with 80,000 square meters of factory space and 4,000 square meters of office space, our facilities are scaled to meet high-volume demands. The production base generates an annual output of 15,000 tons of aluminium profiles across a construction area of 20,000 square meters. The plant employs 90 personnel and operates 5 extrusion production lines: one 1450T unit, two 700T units, one 2500T unit, and one 1150T unit.
Our five extrusion lines are configured to produce structural profiles up to 2500T, enabling the extrusion of complex geometries and thin-walled profiles with tight tolerances. Our integrated production model spans design, billet heating, extrusion, tempering, and surface finishing.
We hold certifications including the National Industrial Product Production License, GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001, GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001, IATF16949 (Automotive Industry Quality Management System), ISO22163 (Railway Industry Management System), EN15085, ISO3834, AWS (Welding systems), and DIN6701 (Bonding system).
